GENERAL FAQ’S

How long will it take to receive my order?

Grab & Go items generally ship out within 2 business days of order date. Personalized items generally ship within 7-10 business days of order date except for wall art and melamine products – these products can take up to 14 business days. Shipping time is in addition to our normal production times. Please know that our normal production times could stretch a bit during the holidays. During peak rush times, we will post order cut-off dates to allow enough time for production and shipping for holiday arrival.*

*Please Note: “holiday arrival” could mean the day before each holiday. If you need your item earlier expedited shipping should be selected.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations can only be made on a case-by-case basis. In the case of a personalized item, we will not be able to change or cancel your order once it has been produced. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-326-3477 to inquire whether a change or cancellation is possible.

Can I return my order?

ICPG does not accept returns. In the event that your items arrive damaged or incorrect, see the Damaged Product question below.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you will need to submit product photos along with order information to icpg@magna4.com. A customer service agent will review your claim and get back with you immediately regarding replacement of damaged or incorrect items.

I only received part of my order?

Our products may ship at separate times and arrive in separate boxes. Please contact customer service to check transit time on the missing items.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for all shipping charges. Sorry, but we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please make sure to review your shipping information carefully, as you are responsible for any address correction fees incurred due to inaccurate shipping information. A $20 correction fee will be charged to the credit card on file for any address correction processed by the shipping carrier. If you order multiple items, they may ship at separate times in different packages.

PROOFS FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS

You will not be sent a proof unless one is requested. If you approve the proof with the wrong initials, name, colors, patterns, font spacing or alignment, etc. ICPG will not refund, exchange or replace the product.

COLOR AND FONTS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Please note that colors printed on the product may differ from what you print out or what you view on your monitor. Also note that if you order the different products in the same pattern, there could be slight color variances as products are printed on various types of materials. If you order the same item at different times, there could potentially be color variances due to changing substrates, printers, ink levels, etc. Subtle color variances are unavoidable and products will not be replaced due to varying color characteristics. Certain fonts and letters may space differently which will cause them to appear off center. This is a font issue, and we are not able to adjust this. Please make sure you refer to your font list to see how letters will be printed. If you are unsure about how a particular font or monogram will print out, please specify that you would like to see a proof prior to production.

PERSONALIZED MELAMINE PRODUCTS

Melamine is a hard and extremely durable BPA-free plastic, but that doesn’t mean it is indestructible. Melamine is dishwasher safe, but we also advise handling with care. We will not replace melamine products due to breakage. Our melamine products may have fine lines around the edges or subtle markings. This is in no way a defect and is characteristic of the production process. We will not replace melamine plates that have these characteristics.

PERSONALIZED ACRYLIC PRODUCTS

We have spent many hours researching the best products, print materials and production methods in order to bring you the highest quality products. A unique feature of our personalized acrylic products is that we print the inserts on a special plastic stock in order to ensure durability. You will not have to worry about water damage! We still strongly recommend hand washing all of your ICPG products. If you do get moisture or condensation in your product, simply remove the insert and lay flat to air dry. It will be good as new!

FRAUD/CHARGEBACKS

The charge that will appear on your credit card statement for ICPG products will reference Magna IV. ICPG will not tolerate credit card fraud of any sort, and we will vigorously defend our position and prosecute violators to the full extent of the law. We will follow up on every single chargeback notification with details of your order, proof approval (if applicable) and credit card authorization in order to validate our charge.
